Eight years ago the food bank received 2.5 acres donated by Mrs. Mary Trimble. On Feb. 10 Mrs. Trimble gave the additional 7.5 acres that adjoin the first tract of land.
Thank you to the Arkansas Community Foundation for the grant to purchase canned chicken to add healthy protein to our weekend food packs for school children to add to food stability.
